I think it would fit into the whole idea of giving people items instead of exp rewards. The idea: The lottery will take place maybe every week or every other day. Every monsters in the game can drop a lottery ticket, the higher the level, the more likely they will drop them, they chances of getting will be hard to encourage people to train and hunt more. Each character can only receive 1 ticket per week or every other day depending on how chaos ...
