Cha0s am I allowed to make a Archer Character and use commands to make him real high.
And then I could power level the noobs?

Yeah i believe we would be able to do that.. because if we can do events to give out items.. why not power level.. and also be aware of people spamming you for plvling ^.^

maybe provide plvl for non-rb waters? all they can do is zap =/ that's if anyone decide to start as a water lol
